Why Independent Assessment Matters
Vehicle damage, repair quality, valuation and claim decisions can involve technical issues that are difficult to evaluate without specialist knowledge.
An independent assessment provides a separate examination of the available evidence, helping to identify the relevant technical issues and establish what can reasonably be supported by the information available.
The purpose is not to support a predetermined position, but to provide a clear, evidence-based assessment of the matter.

If we decide to proceed, I’ll explain what work is proposed, what information is required and the applicable Depending on the matter, this may include technical inspection, desktop review, evidence analysis, specialist fee before commencing. consultation and report preparation.

5 — Findings & Report 6 — Further Assistance
Where a report is required, the findings are documented clearly, including the evidence considered, If further work is requested after the assessment, its scope and cost are discussed and agreed seperately
technical reasoning and any relevant limitations.
On site Assessment
Where physical inspection is required, the location, access arrangements and practical inspection requirements will be confirmed in advance. On-site assessment is available by arrangement, primarily within Victoria however I am happy to travel on request.
Desktop Review
Many matters can be reviewed remotely using clear photographs, assessments, quotations, specifications, market evidence and relevant correspondence. Desktop review is available nationally where the supplied evidence is sufficient.
